Hi and welcome,
My name is Amanda, and I am a BACP-accredited psychotherapist with specialist training in attachment-based therapy. I help clients explore how our experiences and relationship patterns influence present-day challenges, relationships, and emotional well-being.
I help clients with a wide variety of issues ranging from anxiety, low mood, burnout, relationship difficulties and dealing with past traumatic events.
Drawing on evidence-based approaches and a deep understanding of social neuroscience and attachment dynamics, I can support you as we work together to understand and unpack your story and empower you to identify what you need to live your life the way you want.
I am also an EMDR-trained practitioner and EMDR-informed coach.

My wish is to provide a compassionate and supportive space for individuals to explore, heal, and grow. I am committed to empowering clients to navigate life’s challenges, cultivate resilience, and build meaningful relationships through evidence-based and personalised therapeutic care.

I support clients in better understanding themselves and moving towards a life with greater clarity, balance, gratitude, and purpose.

EMDR is a therapy that helps your brain heal from upsetting or traumatic past events. EMDR harnesses your brain’s natural healing ability to reprocess memories and change your relationship to them.

EIC blends elements of EMDR therapy with traditional coaching methods to clear underlying blocks to real lasting change. This approach is for people who don’t want/need therapy but need something deeper than standard coaching.
