kai·ros. (ˈ)kī¦räs : a time when conditions are right for the accomplishment of a crucial action : the opportune and decisive moment.

Does life look like you always hoped it would?

Do you want to understand yourself better and strengthen your relationships?

At The Kairos Partnership we support clients with face to face and online counselling to better understand themselves and move towards a life with more gratitude, positivity and purpose.

Let's get started

WHAT WE DO

We shall not cease from exploration

And the end of all our exploring

Will be to arrive where we started

And to know the place for the first time.

- T.S Eliot

Life can be tough and we don't always know how to negotiate the curve balls thrown at us.

Even if on the outside life looks like you always hoped it would, we all have times where the struggle of balancing work, family, relationships, illness and loss, all becomes too much and can lead to overwhelm, stress and anxiety.

At The Kairos Partnership our team of professional registered counsellors can help you explore and develop insight into your situation in a confidential and non-judgemental space.

We look forward to meeting you!

How we work

Individual therapy sessions provide a safe space to talk and process what is going on for you in a confidential and non-judgemental environment.

Our counsellors will work with you to discover new insights about yourself and your world, so that you feel empowered to change whatever isn’t working for you.

Sessions are 50 mins weekly and our counsellors provide both time limited (minimum 6 weeks) and open ended therapy, depending on the needs of the individual.

As counselling / psychotherapy is not a protected profession, The Kairos Partnership ensures all our affiliate counsellors have a recognised professional qualification.

Counsellors working with us all hold the appropriate insurances and attend regular clinical supervision and professional development, ensuring high standards and ethical practice.

We work with individuals aged 15 and over, both face to face in our clinics in Kingston upon Thames and Esher or online.

Commonly addressed issue include:

Anxiety

Self-doubt

Perfectionism

Low mood & Depression

Relationship issues

Stress & Burn out

Meet our team of counsellors

In counselling, success is very dependant on the relationship between counsellor and client, so it's important to find someone you can connect and feel comfortable with.

Our service is delivered by practitioners who combine professional qualifications with a warm and kind manner.

Each of our counsellors bring a unique set of skills and expertise to our organisation, here's a little about them...

Amanda

I offer a gentle and trusting space where together we can work to unpack your story without judgement, whilst empowering you to work out what you need to live your life the way you want.

Having the opportunity to work through life's challenges in counselling allows us to uncover blocks and develop insight to help us deal with them and move forward. If you're ready to take control and work to a place where you feel empowered and content, get in contact.

I am also a trained EMDR therapist.

I work in person in our Kingston and Esher practices and online.

Katy

My approach is entirely focused on your individual needs.

I know that counselling can seem scary at first. However my aim is to offer a confidential, caring, warm and empathic space where you feel comfortable to explore the issues that are affecting your wellbeing and impacting your daily life.

If you are feeling anxious, depressed or overwhelmed, it can be difficult to see a way forward. I would like to offer my support to sit alongside you to work through those challenges together.

Kellie

I am an integrative counsellor who draws on a range of approaches tailored to your individual needs. Perhaps you are experiencing a significant life change or loss, which is causing you to feel anxiety, overwhelm, stress, or depression. Perhaps you feel low without knowing why, or you have been carrying something for a long time and it is weighing heavy.

I offer a safe and non-judgemental space, where you can talk and explore your issues at your own pace.

I will strive to support you to make changes in your life and understand what motivates you and what keeps you stuck!

We will explore whatever is on your mind, at your own pace.

I aim to support you to explore your feelings, thoughts and experiences in more depth than usually happens in everyday life. By helping you to look more closely at what really matters to you, together we can work towards finding a way forward.
